Welcome to Ilvy Suites, a newly built complex, which offers six (6) villas, each comprising a ground-floor suite with a private pool and a separate maisonette including the first floor and the attic:
SUITE: Each suite consists of one bedroom, a living room – kitchen, a bathroom, an outdoor terrace, and a private pool. Inside the suite, amenities include a double bed, kitchen furniture, an electric mini cooking hob, a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV with NETFLIX and OTE TV subscription channels, two (2) air conditioners, a safe, an espresso machine, a hairdryer, a scale, an iron, an ironing board, and various toiletries.
MAISONETTE: Each maisonette consists of one bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an outdoor jacuzzi on the first floor, and one bedroom and a bathroom in the attic. Inside each maisonette, amenities include two (2) double beds, kitchen furniture, an electric mini cooking hob, a refrigerator, two (2) TVs with NETFLIX and OTE TV subscription channels for each floor, one (1) air conditioner for each floor, a safe, an espresso machine, a hairdryer, a scale, an iron, an ironing board, and various toiletries.
Additionally, the business offers accommodation (K2) for people with disabilities (PWDs), which includes all of the above amenities except for the mini cooking hob, as an electric oven with hobs is provided. In this specific accommodation, when used by PWDs, access to the private pool will not be available.
Each accommodation has communication with the security guard and reception.
The reception of the accommodations is located within the courtyard of the business in a separate building.
The business provides private parking space (parking) for six (6) spots exclusively for its customers, and its located 200m from Zavia beach and less than 1km from the center of Sivota.
